Day 2 - St Ives to Harlyn Bay

To get to Lands End we followed NCN 3 from Penzance via Mousehole and St Buryan. There are two steep climbs out of Mousehole and Lamorna to negotiate. Pretty scenic and fairly easy short first day using the B3306 via St Just and Zennor. Made much easier with a tailwind, this road would be exposed and gruelling in bad weather. A few short climbs, nothing too drastic. The worst is just before St Just. Two other hills need climbing after Zennor before a descent into St Ives.

Camping at Ayr Holiday Park above St Ives Bay, excellent camping with great views, very good facilities and reasonably priced.
