I don't really have the equipment for planetary stuff but was pleased to get some surface detail. The first image of Mars I've ever attempted.

Taken through a William Optics 72mm F/6 Apochromat. Plus a Tele Vue 5x Powermate. And eyepiece projection through a 25mm eyepiece! That and a diagonal to get focus. A bit more glass than ideal!

Camera was an Opticstar PL-130M which has 1280x1024 pixels so capturing 640x480 with the internal 10x zoom you can get a decent image scale.

Stacked in AviStack and processed in Paintshop Pro.
